Once your reservation has been verified by our internal staff, it'll instantly get posted on the exchange and our social media channels.

Is ResoExchange free to use?
Absolutely. Registering for an account is entirely free. A payment method is requested when you intend to make a reservation, however.
Please note that your card will only be charged in the event that your party does not arrive and a cancellation fee is incurred. Apart from such instances, our platform remains free to use.
How do I get started with an account on your site?
It’s simple! Hit the “Sign Up” button right on our homepage, fill in the basics – your name, email, and a password – and voilà! You’re all set.
How can I post a reservation to the exchange?
Simply click on “Submit a Reservation” on our homepage. After logging in, you’ll be redirected to a page where you can input your reservation details. Hit submit and you’re done!
What are the next steps after submitting a reservation?
Once you submit your reservation, our team dives in to check things out. Once approved, your reservation will pop up on our website, our Instagram stories, and our subscriber emails.
How long does it take to verify my submitted reservation?
Normally, it’s a 15-minute to 1-hour wait period. If the restaurant being submitted isn’t on our list of restaurants, the verification process might take a bit longer.
How do I claim a reservation on your site?
Head to the “Available Reservations” section on the homepage. Once there, select whether you’d like to display today or tomorrow’s list of reservations. Log in, claim and enjoy!
Will my card get charged when I claim a reservation?
Absolutely not. Reservations are free to claim. Your card will be charged only in accordance with the reservation’s cancellation policy.
For instance, if the policy indicates a $50 cancellation fee per person, and the reservation is for 2 people who fail to attend, the claiming party will incur a total charge of $100 to their card on file. This fee helps offset the cancellation costs incurred by the person who originally submitted the reservation.
